- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had to call your pensions line again this morning as I was assured yet again that my pension would be in my account on the 10th of September but yet again your customer service team have yet again lied to me . I was told on Monday the 2nd of September that it would take 3 – 5 days and that the pension would be in my account on Friday 6th – On Friday the pension did not arrive I telephoned and was told it would be in on the 10th of September . I have rung again today and I am told it will be I on the 11th of September. All the details dates conversation records are on my account.
Can you explain to me why your team consistently provided me with lies and conflicting information? I am making a formal complaint which include all the lies you have said including emails and records of conversations when you team telephoned me.
This is completely unacceptable I have incurred costs from the banks my car insurance was cancelled because of a returned direct debit.
Your department is completely incompetent and is unable to perform a simple transaction of changing a current account details to a savings account with the SAME bank
